Prose Thunder Rock is easily the best community I have lived in. The staff is friendly and professional. There was a package mishap due to the delivery service switching packages and giving me access to the wrong package. Which means someone else received my package. The office staff went through he packages delivered that same day to find mine. They are so kind and willing to help. I had a fire alarm issue on a weekend night. I reached out to the emergency maintenance and had maintenance out... within an hour. They were kind and professional. They go go above and beyond to make living here a great experience.

I’ve had a great experience at Prose Thunder Rock! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and the team truly goes above and beyond. The maintenance staff is always prompt, kind, and very knowledgeable, which makes living here stress-free. Highly recommend!

I love how the property is gated and the overall appearance of the property. When we came to tour all my questions were answered. The tour was great they went over all of the amenities and in apartment features. The dog park is great, the dog wash station is amazing and very easy to use. The apartment itself is so cute and open with nice natural light. The appliances are great and work amazing. So much storage space as well as huge closet. The tub is amazing live the arm rest in there! The staff... is awesome and the community events are cool. I’m looking forward to go to them!
