Very Poor Maintenance

They care more about the outside cosmetics than they do about doing any fixing or maintenance on the actual apartments. A/C has been on the fritz for a year now. Keep saying they are going to fix it. Leak around sink trap for almost a year, still not fixed. One tenant move out because a/c quit completely and couldn't get it fixed, one moved out because of massive leak that they wouldn't fix, another tenant has similar issues with there a/c. They don't realize if they would fix things around here... that they wouldn't have so much turnover of tenants.
