I’ve enjoyed living here this far and have no real complaints. There’s some interesting neighbors at times as a college student but it doesn’t bother me.

Canopy has been an amazing place to live for the last year and I am excited to have been able to renew to live there again! The staff is pretty efficient, the layout is good and the pricings are a good deal.

My experience since signing the lease has been awful, every interaction with staff especially front office staff has been terrible, I avoid all the amenities that are very close to the office to avoid any interactions with them. I've been off put by conversations staff have with other residents because they show lots of attitude. Overall it's a good place to live if you completely avoid the office, they like to not pay attention when you speak or ask questions, they'll keep their earbuds in... listening to music, respond with attitude, and just overall give a vibe that they don't want to be there. The apartments are nice but the people are not.
