Horrible, horrible place. Roaches everywhere, if you live here you’ll learn to live with them because the property will do nothing to help you. There will be roaches in your food and they’ll crawl onto your face while you sleep. There’s garbage and dog manure everywhere. The front desk people must hate their lives, they always have an attitude and are very snarky for no reason at all. The washers and dryers are always not working and the ones that do work, your fellow tenants will leave their… laundry in for several hours. It’s actually quite laughable how they take all your deposit and make up reasons to add even more. They’ll even charge for “carpet shampooing for the next tenants” yet when I moved in there was hair everywhere… The 5 star reviews are bots most likely. I know they’ll even write a sweet enough response on how they’re going to “learn from this mistake for their future tenants”, but that’s a bunch of baloney. The roach problem has been here for several years, if you look at the rest of the reviews you will see. They just don’t care. The gate code is the same for everyone, and that’s evident by the fading on the numbers. The side gates have openings on the side for you to move the handle from the other side. Even people that don’t live here can get in. Might as well get rid of any gates It makes me feel like don’t care for my safety. I think the only upside is how pretty the pool is. Lived there 3 years. Appartments had roaches, They treated it periodically , but never got rid of the pests.

I wish I didn't have to spend time writing this review, but I hope it will help many with their future business decision.
Firstly, I would say management has no sense of fair business conduct or respect or standards for their residence. They don't want to loose a business, so they will accept all types of dogs regardless of their size and breed. My innocent domesticated friendly pet (~20lb Cavalier) was viciously attacked by an off-leashed and wild and abused dog. They wouldn't take… responsibility for the safety of your environment, and if you choose to leave they will force you to stay with your contract, regardless of your living condition. They also would not provide you with any options to improve your safety, until the end of your lease.
Secondly, when you leave they will come up with the stupidest excuses to take your deposit. Before I left, I shampooed and steam washed my carpet, because I have an infant, they charged me for carpet wash. I found this not only ridiculous, but also offensive. It was clear to me that they knew they can get away with whatever decision they make, and they put the meanest person to make excuses to hold your money!
If you are looking for a peaceful living environment, I recommend you to stay away from this place! Read More
