Same old

Because it’s new, I thought it wouldn’t have the same problems as other gray star apartment. This place was built to minimum code in every way. They don’t have even close to enough parking, the trash fills up fast and overflows making a mess every other day. The walls are thin. Pluming is already having problems after 6 months. The staff are great and they try their best but, the owners knowingly gave them a crap sandwich and don’t have plans to improve it. You work hard for your money don’t... waste it here. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The complex is still under construction and even still is a fabulous place. The office staff is friend my and attentive they made move in a breeze. On site maintenance has been fantastic about helping to work out a few things, he is so capable and friendly. Really a wonderful job is being done by all staff.
