Good start but not so great finish
I didn't had to interact with the management much but they have been helpful in the limited dealings. I had little issue while living here other than a noisy neighbor and I had to go down to security person a few times for him to tell the neighbor to stop party after 10pm in accordance to city code. There is a $150 media package that is mandatory as well as a bunch of common area utilities, which adds to the rent (it is disclosed upfront). After I moved out, I received a surprise bill of deep... cleaning and painting for normal wear and tear. I have stayed with Greystar-managed properties before but was never charged for such a fee as I always keep the unit in good condition. The renting experience had a good start but not a positive finish for me, which is unfortunate.
