Modera Mosaic

I want to start off by saying that the management team is phenomenal here at Modera Mosaic! I also really like the location and amenities provided through the apartment complex. That being said, I did have to remove one star from my rating due to some of the residents. As of late many residents have completely ignored guidelines, rules, and regulations outlined in our lease they tend to get hostile when confronted about breaking the rules, and it creates quite a stressful environment. As well as... a dirty environment with trash, pet waste, and cigarettes being left around. While the management team, as well as the cleaning crew do their best to inform residents as well as clean up after them, I feel that it shouldn’t be their responsibility given that the residents are aware of the rules when signing their leases, it puts added constraint and responsibility towards the property management. Modera Mosaic offers great amenities and management to go with their great location with really doable price points for single income renters. Location is great. Cleanliness is good. And apartment features are nice. Little details in the common areas are not always at the luxury level but improvements are always being made so I can tell they are making efforts toward this. The parking garage shared with retail parking is very busy during the day and dinner time so you have to be careful to dodge... traffic in the garage in order to get to the resident parking levels. Entering and exiting the parking garage adds at least 5 to 7 minutes to commute time but being able to park right on your floor is a major plus when brining things in from the car. Great location. Great apartment. Great area. So much to do and experience only a short walk away. The front office and the rest of the staff are great.

I enjoyed my time here. Only negative was the noise at night, especially when it snowed. Other than that, staff was great, maintenance was super quick. 9/10 would recommend

It has been a good place to live so far. The leasing office staff have been responsive, professional, and accommodating whenever questions or requests have come up. That said, some of the additional fees and charges are somewhat unclear and, at times, questionable, which prospective tenants may want to review carefully before signing.
