Naeema was incredibly helpful throughout my apartment tour! She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the leasing process clearly, and was very patient every step of the way. I really appreciated her transparency, professionalism, and friendly attitude. I never felt pressured, and it was obvious she was very knowledgeable about the community and the leasing process. She made the entire experience enjoyable. 10/10—I would definitely recommend working with her!

Buildings look tired, and the redecorations so far don’t match the standard of original design. For example the new carpet tile is mostly blue and doesn’t coordinate with paint colors.

Extremely helpful, and timely responses to all my questions. Extremely friendly staff and ever felt pressured but they did great an selling the property and area.

I want to start off by saying that the management team is phenomenal here at Modera Mosaic! I also really like the location and amenities provided through the apartment complex. That being said, I did have to remove one star from my rating due to some of the residents. As of late many residents have completely ignored guidelines, rules, and regulations outlined in our lease they tend to get hostile when confronted about breaking the rules, and it creates quite a stressful environment. As well as... a dirty environment with trash, pet waste, and cigarettes being left around. While the management team, as well as the cleaning crew do their best to inform residents as well as clean up after them, I feel that it shouldn’t be their responsibility given that the residents are aware of the rules when signing their leases, it puts added constraint and responsibility towards the property management. I wish that the residents who lived here treated this place with more respect. Read More
