The amenities at Modera Mosaic are top-notch. The community pool is always pristine, and the gym offers a great variety of equipment. Additionally, the location is ideal—close to shopping, dining, and easy access to major highways, which made commuting a breeze.

Noise levels were minimal, and I always felt secure in my unit. Maintenance was responsive and quick to address any issues. Overall, I highly recommend Modera Mosaic Apartments for anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and... well-maintained place to live. It’s been a wonderful experience, and I would definitely consider returning in the future!

Marijuana Smoke in Buildings and Elevator

Yesterday, I entered my apartment, and was overwhelmed by the strong smell of marijuana, as if someone had smoked inside. I was feeling unwell and had to open the windows despite the freezing 20-degree weather. I want to emphasize the importance of not smoking anything in the apartment. Thank you.

Overall, the community is nice. Living in Mosaic Dostrict is a dream. Everything you can think of is just minutes away. Me, my husband and our dog all love it here. The two things I don't care for about the apartment and the floors and the paint in the walls. Both get scuffed really easily.
