Three Collective Apartments

I enjoy living here the only issue I have is the swings are occupied by non residents 90% of the time. I love the community events, calendar in the elevator, friendly neighbors and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Everything at three collective has been amazing! From the management office, to the residents, amenities and maintenance staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I love coming home and taking advantage of all the perks.

Trash chute is continuously backed up people put trash that should not be put in trash chute consistently. This blockage can go on for days. Noise of non-residence in the “public park” has grown in annoyance to paying residents, including damages to the property incurred by these non-residents. Additionally, my husband found homeless people living in the water utility rooms on parking garage three. Elevators go out or are on maintenance all of the time without ample notice making it difficult to... leave the building. Luckily we are on the second floor, but I can’t imagine for other people living on the 12th floor. I’m not quite sure why we pay as much money for this property when we could move into the city pay the same amount and receive a better quality of living. Read More

It’s a nice place. Just getting settled. I would recommend it to everyone. The people ate friendly and the staff is helpful 24/7. I made a great choice.

We have only been here for a little over a week but we absolutely love it here! The amenities are jaw dropping, the residents are so kind and overall it’s such a cozy home and an AMAZING location. We moved from out of state and were in constant communication with Angelina throughout the whole process. She was very helpful and kind!! We loved how informative she was and how quick she was to respond to any questions we had. It made the moving process so much better. We are so grateful for her!
