Used to be a nice place to live
In the time that I’ve lived here the property has changed management companies three times and each one makes some nonsensical change. There have been promises of renovations that would improve quality of life (gym/clubhouse) but when they built a “clubhouse” they just moved the leasing office into it. They’ll leave notice of entry on your door on a Friday (when people are most likely to be out of town), with no way to contact them, for an entry on a Monday. “Call if you have any questions!”... How??? How are we supposed to get in touch? Why a paper flyer and not an email?
Little events and stuff are done each month, like free donuts or school supplies, those are nice. But it’s hard to convince your residents you care when your office workers are rude and act like they’d rather be anywhere else than helping you.
There’s just a lot of simple things that could be done to make this place better that just isn’t being done. I can’t say I’ve hated my time here, but it would be untruthful to say I haven’t noticed a decline in quality.
