Livano Norfolk Apartments

Living at Livano Norfolk is great! The staff is super nice and always checks to make sure we're happy in our apartment.
The coffee shop is a cool place to hang out with my family and neighbors. We also love the heated pool it's always clean and a nice spot to let the kids burn off some energy.

The best part, though, is how much they love pets. Our dog gets so excited to see the staff, and they treat him like he's part of their family. It really makes this place feel like home.

I really love it here. Can't say enough great things! They really go out of their way to make you feel special.

I’ve been calling the apartments for weeks now , I actually spoke to the maintenance man which was accidental because the manager told him not to answer the phone. He told me that he would make sure she called me back after a meeting which also never happened. This apartment complex was top of my list but leaves me to question if it’s worth it because I can’t even get a hold of anyone to ask questions. I’ve looked for corporates number which i’ve had no luck finding.

I initially contacted this establishment three times; however, I did not receive a response back from Sarah. I had an appointment scheduled for a viewing, but unfortunately, when I arrived, she was unavailable at that time. Instead, the maintenance staff kindly took the initiative to show me around the property. He was exceedingly courteous, and it was a pleasure to interact with him. However, I noticed that he left a message for Sarah with my contact information on my behalf, which raises some... concerns.
