Sarah - Unresponsive
I initially contacted this establishment three times; however, I did not receive a response back from Sarah. I had an appointment scheduled for a viewing, but unfortunately, when I arrived, she was unavailable at that time. Instead, the maintenance staff kindly took the initiative to show me around the property. He was exceedingly courteous, and it was a pleasure to interact with him. However, I noticed that he left a message for Sarah with my contact information on my behalf, which raises some... concerns. If there is a lack of responsiveness from Sarah at this stage, I am left to wonder how communication might be once one becomes a resident.
