Really love this apartment complex and community. I would highly recommend it to others and have already done so. Between it being quiet and social all at once, plus the amenities are amazing!

So far everything has been amazing. Clean rooms, clean amenities, clean everything.
The gym is amazing as well, ended up canceling my PF membership so I’ll just be going to the gym here.
It really makes you feel at home here, I love it.

One of the main reasons I chose to rent here was the dog park. The leasing staff has been great, and I understand many of these issues are beyond their control and tied to decisions made by the home office. Unfortunately, our dogs are getting sick, and the common denominator appears to be the dog park. The waste bag stations are frequently empty, the dog waste trash can is often overflowing, and the odor is overwhelming when entering the common gathering area.
There are also residents who fail... to pick up their poop. Residents have repeatedly requested that the turf be professionally cleaned and disinfected, but the issue remains unresolved. The community charges pet fees, yet the dog park does not appear to receive the level of maintenance necessary to keep it clean and safe. I did not want to leave a negative review, but I hope this gets the attention of the home office.
At this point, if you have a dog, I would strongly reconsider renting here until these issues are addressed.

I love it here! My concern is about the gates being installed.and the neighborhoods need to slow down before an accident happens, other then that I love it here
