I'm not seeing any news benefits to the amenities on the property. The activities have increased however which I have been mentioning for some time

Just started using the gym again, love that it’s 24 hours. Wish the treadmill was working! Our AC has gone out twice in the year, omg, but maintenance answers quickly! Just renewed our lease, see they’ve added more resident events this year, hoping to attend!

I think for the price and area it’s great it’s close to many stores on Garrisonville and very convenient for shopping!
We’ve lived here for 2 years and our area of neighbors were lovely!

I love this community, the neighborhood is very quiet, the maintenance people stay active when you need them, they are very friendly, and those in the office are very friendly
