Elevator does NOT work!
There is ONLY one elevator in the building and it frequently breaks down. Worst part is that it takes about a month for an elevator to repair. Simply horrible.

We understand that the elevator outage is troublesome for our residents and it is important to note that the elevator is kept in compliance... year-round. Repairs and replacements are not always preventable. We have taken all steps to ensure preventative maintenance is completed year-round. This outage is due to a severe weather issue that affected several buildings in the Bellevue area, according to our elevator company. When these unfortunate situations arise, we do not have control over the necessary processes. Repairs and replacements take time to complete, but they are done to keep the elevator compliant and safe for all residents and guests.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause for everyone in the building, and we are actively exploring all available avenues to expedite this process. We have urged the elevator company to prioritize our repairs and explore any means possible to shorten the downtime beyond the initial estimate. We are committed to ensuring that the elevator is back up and running as soon as possible for the convenience and comfort of all residents.
We recognize that clear communication is key in addressing resident concerns. To ensure transparency and keep residents informed, we have and will continue to provide regular updates on the progress of elevator repairs and other maintenance projects.
