Mold in Apt CC105
The previous water damage (flooding) to unit CC105 has created an unhealthy environment (air quality) in one of the 2 bedrooms including the attached bathroom. Our daughter has had chronic respiratory issues since moving into the apartment (2022). The property release me from my lease because they won't address the mold issue. They will continue renting the unit with the hazardous elements within the unit.

Property Manager at Charter Club Apartments responded to this review
Hello,
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. The issues you've mentioned are important, and we would like to clarify that we do not have an apartment numbered CC105. Additionally, all of our apartment numbers consist of a single... letter followed by numbers, and our building C only includes units ending in "04." Given these details, it seems there may have been a misunderstanding, and this feedback may have been intended for another Charter Club property.
However, if this feedback is meant for Charter Club Apartments in Everett, WA, please email us at charterclub@secpropres.com so we can discuss your experience in further detail.
Kind regards,
Charter Club Apartments Management Team
