There used to be a bicycle storage room that got broken into and never repaired, so it's now just a dead room, and the two car lifts inside the garage break down often.
There is also not enough parking for even 1 car per resident, and the street parking is a fight. The empty parking lot is for the college only This year after resigning a lease they are adding a $30/per additional resident, above one resident. Dog park area is okay but usually half of it is mud.

I love this area of Everett. You avoid the craziness of downtown, but there's still parks and restaurants you can walk to. The apartment's themselves are pretty much brand new, so everything is modern. I've never had a problem with any of my neighbors, so either the walls are very solid or they are respectful of making too much noise...either way no complaints. Management has been great too; very responsive. Parking has been kind of a nightmare for everyone though. You can pay $75 a month for a… garage space, but the parking lift breaks down often. There have been multiple instances where I've needed to get to work and I had to take an Uber because I couldn't access my car. I fear that I'll have a flight to catch at 5am and get screwed over by the parking lift. However, the alternative is street parking, and there's no where near enough spaces nearby to park overnight. In terms of amenities, there aren't many either. No gym, no common room, there's laundry but you have to pay $4 per load. The parking garage has a lot less stalls then units so if you have a car you will be forced to park on the street until your turn on the waiting list.
The street directly behind is full most of the time. Also, please be aware the city does not issue parking permits to residents of this complex for 90 minute parking “zone A.”Apparently it was a condition of approval for the development.
Be prepared to park a few blocks away and walk.

Debbie, the leasing manager here, is phenomenal. So kind and helpful! The building and units are clean, brand new and just what you need for one or two people. Moving in was quick and simple, and they even have a little hand truck for you to use.
The parking garage has an electronic lift though.. this is my least favorite part. More secure, but always down for some reason or another at no fault of the building.
