Don't let yourself be fooled: if you're looking for an apartment, this is not a good option. All the units have countless defects, and the staff at the front desk—let alone the maintenance manager—don't do their jobs. This week marks four weeks since I filed a report regarding a dryer issue—the second time I've had a problem with it. They came, checked it out, and said a part was missing; they claimed they had to order it from China. Yet, for four weeks now, it hasn't been working. They just say... , "We have bigger problems—like water leaks"—as if it were *our* problem that these apartments are such dumps, or that the people working here are so incompetent. Now I'm spending my own money at laundromats because, if I do laundry here, I can't dry anything; by the time the wash cycle finishes, some of my clothes already smell musty, and I have to wash them all over again. They offer no answers. Since I moved in, two doors haven't worked; one even fell right on top of me! The maintenance manager simply said he would bring a replacement part—and that was over a month and a half ago. I could go on and on with this list of complaints. Simply put: save yourself the trouble and the headaches. Don't move here; it's not worth it. Look for a better place—I guarantee that *anywhere* else is better than this dump.

I've been living here since August and I've only had good experiences with the staff and especially maintenance being almost always available to help especially with minor things. As well as Ms. Betts the ALL who has helped me with a multiple of needs. I have and would continue to recommend Vibe to others it's safe and friendly and is home to me.

This place has gone downhill. Management encourages you to reach out for assistance, but their phone mailbox is full and emails are never responded to. We've been calling about noisy neighbors partying until 2am for months now, damage to multiple neighbors cars from these neighbors driving drunk, and the only response ive gotten from them is to call the overnight security. We've called security over 8 times now, usually takes them over an hour to respond. But i know theyve talked to the... neighbors to keep it down. The management staff are heartless, arrogant, rude, unprofessional and unresponsive. Management does not respond to calls or e-mails. The lease renewal incentives are a joke so that they can offer new residents 2 months of free rent but trust me it's not worth it and you too will feel scammed shortly after you move here. The office is also closed on the weekend which is when there are the most issues. They do no preventative maintenance or upkeep, amenities are closed for months at a time,... the communication is severely lacking, the apartment doors slam shut anytime someone enters/exits their home. It is the most pitiful management staff I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. The management staff just sit in the office all day, you never see them out and about on the property, they should really feel ashamed of themselves. Please do not move here if you desire a peaceful place to live, this property will not meet the most minimal expectations. They can't even hide their disdain for actual residents and they basically tolerate those looking for an apartment. As a resident you can't even visit the office during the week without making an appointment first but good luck with that because they are hold to get a hold of. It is loud at night, loud music, people hanging out, likely non-residents. If I could give zero stars I would. The grass is full of dog crap, their are junkies roaming the property, stealing anything even if it/s nailed down. The owners need to get a different management company with professional staff. I had an appointment to view an apartment. When I arrived at the leasing office, all the apartments were rented and they did not have the decency to let me know. I drove across town in Friday afternoon traffic If you make an appointment with them, call to verify before you go.
