Quaint, clean, quiet, and the friendliest management team you've ever met.
My husband and I are just about to renew our lease for another year. The number one issue when looking for a place to live is finding a management team that listens, cares, and strives to create a professional and positive experience for both property management and tenants. You really can't put a price tag on that! We have had nothing short of a wonderful experience with the team here (shout outs to Keech, Riza, and Chris!) and are excited to renew our lease. We feel that any concerns (very few... , if any!) are swiftly addressed and the team is always happy to help.
The property: For people who care about these things (nothing wrong with that), the buildings are old, the paint chips here and there inside and there is baseboard heating and popcorn ceilings in some rooms. But at this price, it's amazing to see how bright, clean, and open everything is! There's a whole wall of windows and the layout allows one to utilize every inch of the space efficiently. The walls are thick, so we barely hear our neighbors. The street that goes by the complex gets busy, especially since there's an elementary school a stone's throw away from the entrance, but the complex feels secluded and quiet and is in a wooded area. We get compliments from all of our guests!
We chose to pay less for a unit w/o a washer and dryer, but the community room is generally clean and sufficient. There are 6 washers and 6 dryers, and it can get a little crowded on weekends, but that's to be expected. Most everyone here is very courteous and nice to talk to. The gym is probably not going to work for someone who is heavily into working out, but the few ellipticals, recumbent bikes/ cycles, and treadmills are sufficient for a couch-potato like me ;-).
Honestly, I almost didn't want to write a review, 'cause we like to keep these gems a secret ;-). If you decide to live in the Bridlewood community, I think you'll have a pleasant stay.
