Been living in the Dakota Aprtment for about 2 years and could honestly say, this community is well kept, transparent and overall awesome. The workers and receptionist really make this place stand out.

My stay at the Dakota is incredible. They resolve issues fast, and communication from the office is above par. I highly recommend The Dakota

I love living at the Dakota, the managers are quick to respond, hold events for residents, and the community is kind and supportive. I tell people this is a great place to live if theyre looking to move.

We have lived here for 2 years and we love it, never had any issues with neighbors everyone is very friendly. Also has plenty of grass areas for my daughter to play outside
