I’ve never lived somewhere so responsive. I got help as soon as I asked for it. The team here is so sweet and great. There’s a couple little nicks in the apartment myself but nothing even remotely bad.

Most everyone is nice here. Neighbors seem to ignore the quiet hours and picking up dog poop in the park rules often. Great place to live and affordable with roomates.

We've been for a couple weeks now and it has been great! The application and leasing process were WAY easier than we'd expected, the representatives were so kind and helpful, and the move-in was really a breeze. Worst thing we've dealt with is hauling our things up the stairs, but that's an us problem - we wanted a 3rd floor so we knew what we were getting into, and the view is great. Would (and will) recommend The Dakota to friends!
