I love living in a gated apartment. The hot tub is open year round which is a plus. Love the swimming pool as well. You can pay for a carport which is nice.

Very clean and roomy apartment and people are friendly and staff here was very helpful with our move in. I love that we feel safe here and in our apartment. Only problem is parking for guests that is hard.

My partner and I have been here at The Dakota about 9 months and we love it! The community is nice, the management is competent and so very kind, and our apartment is extremely cute and just the right size for us. I'm so glad we landed here!
