Great staff, nice apartments. Parking needs to be addressed through higher management. Would be nice to see washer and dryers upgrades as you have to dry clothes 2-3 times and runs power bill up.

Been living in the Dakota Aprtment for about 2 years and could honestly say, this community is well kept, transparent and overall awesome. The workers and receptionist really make this place stand out.
