Wonderful, friendly staff, free delicious luxury coffe, I enjoyed the office events , like giving free energy drinks
I love how fast receptionists pick up phone and help residents

Washer falls out wall when loaded floors dirty outside side door doesn’t open also smells sometimes and fans in bathroom weak. Also kitchen sink faucet being stationary blows

Community is good but some of the applications are built poorly so that could be better. I do like the placement on campus though and the pool.

I have lived here two years. The appliances have had issues (which isnt great as they are new). The utilities are not metered which sucks since you are effectively paying for everybody's utility usage. Outside of that the apartment is fine.
