Stay away from these apartments, if I could I’d give 0 stars. We lived there for over a year, it was like pulling nails to get a response from the office for anything. When you move out don’t expect ANY of your deposit back. They will claim you did a bunch of damage, even after you take pictures as proof you didn’t. The trash is always pulled high and in the road, the gates are always broken yet they claim to be a gated community, parking sucks, front office workers are EXTREMELY rude, and… you’ll never have hot water it last maybe 2 minutes then goes freezing cold. The management staff is very unprofessional and rarely answers the phones. If the woman is working then walk to the apartment right across the street from the back entrance of the office and I bet you actually be able to get help. The man that works in the front is rude and interprets what he thinks the policy means instead of actually going by what is written. The parking is terrible and management doesn’t enforce the parking policy. The apartment is not the best there is a leak coming from… behind the stove several emails sent and the maintenance man came twice and each time said he can’t find the problem after barely looking. The washing machine smells funny and you can hear your neighbor going up and down the stairs, flushing the toilet, and etc. For the price of these apartments knowing what I know now I would’ve NEVER moved in here. Sure the place looks nice and the apartments are cute, but forget having company!!! The parking is absolutely unacceptable. good luck finding parking...it is so full that people resort to parking in the handicap spots to avoid having to park across the street at Les Schwab. Which if you do park there they will tow your car if not moved by 6am. Avoid this place at all cost unless you are a hermit and have no family for friends!

This is a lovely location!! You are close to the free ways, shopping centers and markets! It's a quiet gated community! Each unit comes with a garage & the apartments are so beautiful! The kitchens are modern so they are beautiful!. The ladies in the office are also very helpful & can answer any questions you have! Overall it's a great place to live!
