Security conditions need to be improved urgently. Maintenance folks are good. For this rent amount, the security should be better. Hot water for shower is not stable. The cleaner that is used for public areas has a super strong odor which is not good for health.

Everyone I interacted in the leasing office and maintenance have been very friendly. This is also located in a great location for someone who relies heavily on public transportation.

The management staff and maintenance staff are nice. Quick actions and politely. It would be perfect if I can receive some notifications by phone or message before they come for maintenance, especially emergencies during night. It’s scary when people knock at your door during midnight without notification in advance. Generally, I’d like to recommend Augusta to my friends.
