Slum Lord

I lived in one unit that had black mold in it due to the upstairs washer leaking and flood my kitchen every day and it took them over 5 months of living in it before I was offered another unit. Then the other unit wasn’t even cleaned before I moved I. Carpets were disgusting cabinets and drawers broken. Not once has anything been fixed and they’ve ignored my multiple requests to get things fixed. That’s not to mention they raised my rent over $500 in this broken down unit. Then of course there’s... the extra charge for hot water usage and hot water sewage usage, WTF?

DONT LIVE HERE

Office is very unhelpful and rude! I drove an hour to tour the apartment and was not made aware of documents I needed to bring. I was then asked leading questions that led me to not be eligible to rent from the location!
