Polaris at Rainier Beach Apartments

It's been 5 months that my apartment has Maintenance issue and, there is some metal parts outside of my apartment detached, 24/7 it makes some weird nose and we cannot sleep, during whole night and every week I am asking leasing office to fix. However every time I am there they says " there is no work order placed before and they create a new one. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Try to schedule your multiple times, they either just emailed me to confirm a time I didn’t book for, or confirmed and the canceled my tour. No explanation, no follow up, no real pictures, no correct listing price, only endless auto message/scam emails. The leasing agent is doing everything they can to to working and prevent their company from making money.

The folks who run the office are kind and understanding. If you're honest with them, they offer so many resources. I got sick and had to take time off work, which led to lack of funds to pay the deposit on the apartment. I told the staff, and they connected me with a local organization that helps get funds to folks who need it to prevent homelessness. After applying and waiting about a month for them to process everything, I received a call stating that my employer had entered in that my salary was above the imcome restriction for this property. They told me the number and I explained to them that that number was incorrect and that my employer might have made a mistake. My employer had actually met with me about the paperwork she needed to submit as she was confused about some of it and we had a hard time finding the information we needed. I... also told them that I had worked some overtime last month and that maybe that had impacted the number. They have my paystubs for over the last 6 months and could easily see that there is an inaccuracy. Instead of looking at my file or calling my employer to inquire, they canceled my application.
