Amazing staff and amenities!

I toured Ninebark on a few occasions and everyone was so patient as I tried to pick the best floor plan for me so that I could make it my long term home! The entire staff is so thoughtful and kind and makes you feel secure in your decision. The amenities are also so unique and unlike any other community!

Resident Review

Ninebark is an amazing complex, tons of amenities and gorgeous views all around. If you love nature, you will love it here!

So many different bird species along the river. Bald eagle sightings on a daily basis. It really is truly an oasis.

I love that the building and community is thoughtful on the impact of the beautiful surrounding nature and natural environment. Even bringing bees on the property!

It's like living in the edge of the forest/river with all the modern conveniences. All while...
still being able to get to urban areas in a short amount of time. Washougal and Camas are really charming and also have lots to offer for a night out and several local breweries to choose from!

I also can't give enough praises to Kalli (the community manager) and her amazing team! They are all friendly, kind, always available to answer questions and super responsive to anything that may come up.

I am grateful to have found Ninebark and to call it home!

No planning for a massive amount of vehicles.

There seems to be no consideration for the amount of vehicles that will be entering and exiting this property at high traffic times like 7-9am and 4-6pm. There is only one road connecting to a dead end residential area on one end, and a traffic circle the other direction to access 14 . I predict a traffic nightmare.
