Great place to live for so many reasons!

The reason for my rating after living at the Avenir for 9 months: There's not much need for a car!! 1. Bus stop outside of building and a few others within a block away. 2. Bcycle access 2 blocks away along the bike path. 3. Two blocks from 'Center Market' grocery store and 4-5 blocks from a 2nd grocery store on University Ave., 1 block from a CVS, and 1 block from a liquor store. 4. Three blocks from the Capital Square. 5. Two to 6 blocks from several healthcare clinics. 6.

The… Avevenir staff/building: 1. Quick response to all maintenance requests. 2. Responded to and onsite assist in 10-15 minutes to fix my urgent request. 3. Office staff are respectful, professional, and helpful. 4. Great communication from office staff. 5. Building is kept very clean. 6. Carts available on-site to assist with taking items from vehicle to apartment. 7. Bicycle hooks in parking stall and bike rack outside. 8. Workout room on first floor. 9. The second floor has a large gathering room with TVs, etc for family gatherings and gas grills and sitting area on patio, etc. is a great way to meet others in the building. 10. Routine outdoor window washing, furnace filters exchanges, fire alarm checks, and smoke detector checks. 11. Two elevators available and centrally located. 12. The building and apartments are quiet.
