Poor Management
I lived here for 3+ years. Management switched the property manager at least 4 times during my stay. I was charged for items once I vacated that were already there and documented with the first property manager. Rent went up +$350 over my residency here. Stay away.

I'm sorry for your experience. It's true that we've experienced some turnover in personnel. However, I think the service level was always at least good and is excellent now with the team we've had in place for over a year. Our security deposit... refunds are documented with pictures and invoices of completed work. Residents are given a form to complete when moving in to document any defects. We have had many residents move out, get a refund, and move back in years later. We are easily reached through our website and I would be happy to address your specific situation if I knew who you were.
Yes, rents have gone up considerably in this market. Our costs are going up too, much faster than inflation. We have mortgages that were 3% renewing at closer to 7%. That's a 233% increase. Building materials have about tripled. Our insurance premiums have increased 20%. Our payroll has outpaced inflation. Our great team deserves the money. Consider the conundrum - you are upset over staff turnover and yet the increased wages necessary to properly award our amazing staff has to be paid out of rent increases.
