How Is This Rating Determined?

Review from a prospective.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. The staff is extremely unprofessional and I highly recommended all future prospects to look for something else. Details below.
_
I was a prospective tenant that submitted an application over a month ago. I noticed the apartment I was applying for was taken (???) and they assigned me another cabin that was $45/mo higher. I sent several emails via online portal but no response. I also did 50 CALLS IN A SPAN OF 2 WEEKS and they responded to probably 2 of them, the rest...
went to automated system that even when I left tons of voicemail message, there was no call back. When they picked up the call, they gave tons of excuses and definitely no "I'm sorry". In one of the calls, they said they would send me pictures of the available cabins and discuss the numbers later, but such email never came. They took my $25 screening fee and never gave me a closure for my application. I felt like that was the stupidest $25 of my life. Do not live in this place, or the staff will treat you like crap.

If I Could Rate 0 Stars I Would.

DO NOT consider Moving into these disgusting apartment. These apartments are infested with mice, roaches, bedbugs, and who knows what else. Homeless people come in through the night and sleep under the stairs. They even use the bathroom under the stairs as well. Neighbor is okay, except for the multiple burnouts you hear people doing at night. This apartment is absolutely trash do not consider moving in here. Take the advice from someone who lived in these apartments.
