We love living at the Malt House!
This building is such a cool & rich piece of history that is so well preserved but also beautifully modern & updated. We feel so fortunate to live here!
The apartments are beautiful with updated appliances and modern touches.
It The amenities are great, the community here is so friendly, and the management & maintenance are just beyond amazing.
You really can’t ask for more!

Really enjoying my time here so far. Apartments are walking distance to many bars and restaurants and relatively quiet area. Close to many breweries. Newly renovated with a ton of closet space and clean amenities!
