My boyfriend and I love renting with Northland Management, the staff is very friendly and is very willing to help us when needed. The apartment complexes are always kept clean and have a calm environment. Would highly recommend renting with Northland Management!

I am in my second year living at Maryland Park and I love it. The building is well kept and clean, the staff is very attentive, and maintence is quick to arrive to fix things. I feel safe in this location and couldn’t have chosen a better place to live!

I’ve been living here for some time now, and I can honestly say it’s been an amazing experience. The apartment building itself is always in excellent condition—immaculate common areas, well-maintained facilities, and everything is kept clean and fresh. It really feels like a place that cares about its residents.
The maintenance team is another highlight. Anytime I’ve needed anything fixed or addressed, they’re incredibly fast and efficient. Maintenance requests are always handled in a timely... manner, and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. It’s such a relief to know that when something comes up, I can rely on them to take care of it quickly.
What really makes this place stand out, though, is the staff. They are all incredibly friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with. From the leasing office to the maintenance crew, everyone is always willing to help and ensure I have everything I need. They truly make living here a stress-free experience.
Overall, I love living here and would highly recommend this apartment building to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming place to call home. It’s everything you could want in a living space, and more!

I have lived at the Maryland Park apartments from Northland Management for over four years now. I couldn't recommend them enough! It is in a wonderful location being less than a 15 minute walk to UWM, several restaurants, a library, a bookstore, CVS and Walgreens pharmacies, and it's just down the street from the Urban Ecology Center. Management is wonderful, very respectful, and friendly. Any concerns we have had (which have been few and far between) have been addressed promptly. Maintenance is... excellent, with most if not all requests I've ever made been completely resolved the next day. The building is clean and secure - each resident has a key fob to get them into the building and important community areas such as the garage and Laundry rooms. Neighbors are very friendly and respectful as well. It is a great apartment choice for students and non-students alike!
