I had the worst experience in my whole life!! I have lived in many places in the US and overseas, and no one has ever been as disrespectful as this staff. They kept making excuses and didn't inform me of any updates until I called them. My co-signer and I paid $50 for the applications. Their last excuse was that my income and the co-signer's income were not enough. My co-signer makes over $8,000 a month, and we sent proof of the income. Yet, they said that was not enough.
