It says cats only but multiple people have had and currently have dogs and they up your rent every year this past year by 100$

I don't know why it says only cats are allowed we live on the second floor and have had a tenant move in above us that locked their dog in the bathroom so we had to listen to it whining and barking all day. They claimed it was a therapy dog but I know every one that has a dog here definitely doesn't have it licensed or anything like that. And also multiple people now have other dogs that pee where everyone walks. And also they will up your rent every year without giving you any updates to... appliances or anything. Also we have caught the repair people hungover and puking on the side of the building so consider all of this this if you want to live here

They kept my security deposit!

I was a resident for about 7 years and during that time I LOVED the place. Nick, in particular is an excellent manager. However, when I left, they kept my $500 security deposit and they wanted more!!! I admit I did leave the place very dirty, but what they wanted was OUT OF THE QUESTION! They kept my security deposit, I paid them $187.84, but they wanted more and when I refused to pay, sent it to collection. The joke's on them because I still have an excellent credit rating!

Looks are one of the few positives here

What started as a lovely place to stay has slowly turned worse over the course of two years. I used to live off of the side parking lot when I first moved in, but switched due to multiple issues, including cars blasting music late at night in the spare lot. After moving to a much nicer unit itself, my partner and I have only been met by more issues throughout our stay.

The first main issue we had at this new location was that our phone system did not work that allows you to let in guests from...
your unit. It took multiple calls over the course of 5 months before they had someone out to fix it for us.

Complaints are hit or miss, and you are just as likely to made the scapegoat for an issue as they are to listen to yours. A neighbor can pound on the walls and your door all hours of the night and be acceptable, but if you close your door a little too loudly at any point in the day the same neighbor can file a noise complaint against you and you end up with a written notice about it. The hallways are not a peaceful place either, as slamming doors is rather common, as well as people using the stairs and hallways as places to practice sprinting at all hours of the day.

I'd also be careful if you are not a fan of smokers, as even though the buildings are smoke free, our balcony, the main lobby, and the elevator constantly smells like cigarette smoke. Most of the smokers will also congregate at the main entrance, so letting your guests in through a side door is probably more ideal. Even with raising concerns about it, they have stated that they do not have to address the issue of smokers as per the lease.

The redeeming factors of this place would be the beautiful views of -some- units, if you aren't facing the road or the bottom of a hill. Additionally the underground parking space + storage was quite nice. The surrounding neighborhood is one that you can feel comfortable taking a stroll through at any time of day as well. If these outweigh the aforementioned statements, and you have some extra money to spend, then I would say you would have minimal complaints here.

Natural beauty and comfort!

We lived at The Lodge for a total of 7 years. It was truly home. The 15 acres of natural beauty and wildlife on The Pebble Creek are unmatched. Our 3rd floor, corner unit had a remarkable view in all four seasons.
Our manager, Nick, is a real pro in the business. He knows how to relate to all types of personalities and yet prioritizes fairly in all situations. Apartment repairs are handled quickly and professionally by Kevin. Deneesa is loved by tenants, too. This staff takes great pride in The...

Heaven on earth

i have been here for three years. I am 49yrs old and this is the best place to live. It's clean, friendly, beautiful scenery. Very close to work. The only thing is I might not be able to afford it for much longer. The rent goes up every year. I live here by myself.
