How Is This Rating Determined?

In The Middle of EVERYTHING!!!

We are in the middle of EVERYTHING!! No matter which way we turn out of the parking lot, we're met with stores, coffee shops, banks, restaurants, food, malls, thrift stores, and gas stations. I also discovered we have a beach just 16 minutes away, so I get the best of both worlds without the crowded chaos of downtown.
The building amenities are next level. There's dedicated workspace if you own a business or just need to get out of your apartment and think. And who offers complimentary coffee to... their community? I haven't touched my coffee pot since move in day.
Then there's The Staff, from the front office to maintenance, the cleaning crew, and security, every single person has been amazing. I also have to mention how spacious the apartments are with plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen and the bathrooms, plus high ceilings that make everything feel open and airy.
Thank you, 2929 Staff. You've been great from day one.

Parking Issues

I had a guest stop by at night and as I was signing their car up for their parking pass it was being towed without warning minutes later. 2929 is partnered with ParkingPass a software that documents parking spots, guest parking and parking violations. Under their policy it says expired guest parking will first be given a warning and then escalated to a towing in which no warning was given to me as the resident. Without either of my guest or own knowing the car was towed without anyone to call... or to help. After trying to fight the issue I was met with no help and a loss of 300+ dolllars for towing fees.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're truly sorry to hear about the frustration and cost your guest was forced to deal with. We never want to see a visit end that way, especially when you were actively trying to get them... registered.

To keep our guest spots open for those who need them, our parking service requires an active registration as soon as a vehicle is parked. Because the car was in the lot for over 30 minutes without a permit, it was unfortunately towed according to the rules outlined in our lease and on the lot signage. While we wish we could offer a different outcome, we can’t reverse the charges since the vehicle wasn't registered at the time.

We really value having you here and we're happy to walk through the quick and simple registration process with you anytime to make sure this doesn't happen again.

Great Management / Tenant Related

The management team is always on top of everything. Contacted them for a maintenance issue and they had gotten back to me within 24 hours, while also being able to fix the issue.
Some tenants don't clean up after their dogs in the elevator, staircase, and/or outside- but if you let management know, they clean it up right away. Some tenants also do not clean up after themselves in the common areas. If you have the means to live here, you have the means to purchase cleaning products.
The walls on... the same level are fairly thick. You rarely hear the people on top of you unless they're screaming.

All in all 5/5 due to management.
