Parking Issues
I had a guest stop by at night and as I was signing their car up for their parking pass it was being towed without warning minutes later. 2929 is partnered with ParkingPass a software that documents parking spots, guest parking and parking violations. Under their policy it says expired guest parking will first be given a warning and then escalated to a towing in which no warning was given to me as the resident. Without either of my guest or own knowing the car was towed without anyone to call... or to help. After trying to fight the issue I was met with no help and a loss of 300+ dolllars for towing fees.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're truly sorry to hear about the frustration and cost your guest was forced to deal with. We never want to see a visit end that way, especially when you were actively trying to get them... registered.
To keep our guest spots open for those who need them, our parking service requires an active registration as soon as a vehicle is parked. Because the car was in the lot for over 30 minutes without a permit, it was unfortunately towed according to the rules outlined in our lease and on the lot signage. While we wish we could offer a different outcome, we can’t reverse the charges since the vehicle wasn't registered at the time.
We really value having you here and we're happy to walk through the quick and simple registration process with you anytime to make sure this doesn't happen again.
