I'm so excited and happy to be living here. I actually sold my house when I discovered this place during a trip to Fire Island Bakery right next door. My initial phone call led me to Joseph, the Apartment Manager. His extremely kind, helpful, and friendly demeanor sealed the deal for me. The Developer, Shaun is also awesome. As... wonderful as any place can be, it's the Management that sets the tone. They really care and respond quickly to any concerns or inquiries. Block 96 has beautiful views and amenities: 24/7 fitness center, business center, club room with pool table, fireplace, and big-screen TV; secure mailroom, rooftop deck, and elevators. Each unit has a washer/dryer, in-floor radiant heat, Smart technology, and very nice appliances. Right outside there's so many walkable places to enjoy: restaurants, bakeries, wine, coffee, and organic produce shops. The Performing Arts Center, Elderberry Park, and Delaney Park Strip are also nearby. I also feel safe here with 24/7 access to Security service and code-secure doors throughout the complex.
