I LOVE this place. It is my personal unique condo with a touch of history. An intimate building with only 4 condos. It is the lower unit in the building with upstairs living area on entry and bedrooms downstairs. It is completely furnished with 2 queen beds and a daybed in the 3rd bedroom/sitting room along with a desk. An office and a half bath are off the living area. There is a single car garage that opens into a mud room. It is a straight shot from the garage, through the living room, out to the deck.
The building is in Bootleggers Cove, a small, quiet residential area highly prized for its convenience and atmosphere. People ski out their front door in the winter and bike in the summer on the Coastal Trail system. McKinley, Sleeping Lady, and the Alaska Range are all visible across Cook Inlet. The sunsets are spectacular!
ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED...INCLUDING INTERNET!!
Zoned for Inlet View Elementary, Romig Middle and West High Schools.
