These apartments state that "All available apartments are filled by eligible Applicants on a first come/first serve basis." They are NOT I went there a week straight and she FINALLY took my application and said I would be placed on a waiting list.

I've been calling these apartments going on for a couple of months now, I've emailed and I've gone by a few times but no one is ever there. I just wanted an application but I can't even get that. Good luck to anyone else trying to live here or even just apply.
