Upon entry, you will find yourself in the fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space and room to move around while preparing meals. Through the kitchen is the dining room with a farm table, two benches, and two chairs. The dining room has a door that provides access to the front porch. Straight off the dining room is the first and only bedroom on the main floor; it features a king-size bed and an ornamental fireplace. Right of the dining room, at the end of the hall, is the first full bathroom with a stand-up shower and the back staircase leading to the additional bedrooms and bathroom. Left of the dining room is the entryway office nook with a desk, the main staircase, and the living room with a full sofa bed, two armchairs, a SmartTV, and an ornamental fireplace. At the top of the main staircase is a futon, perfect for groups that need extra sleeping space. The first bedroom upstairs, across from the futon, features an ornamental fireplace, a full bed, and a twin bed. Down the hall, you will find a second bedroom featuring a full bed, a twin bed, an ornamental fireplace, and a SmartTV. The third bedroom upstairs features two full beds. The last bedroom has one full bed. The other full bathroom with a shower is at the end of the hall. Patio furniture and a grill are available on the back patio.
A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All pet waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning fees may apply if there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home.
