If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
East Lake Park is a 100-acre city park anchoring Birmingham's North East Lake neighborhood, between 1st Avenue North and 3rd Court North and between 80th and 84th Street North. It adjoins Lynn Park across 4th Avenue North. This is a transitioning neighborhood, and while we have never had any security issues, we understand that everyone has different experiences. If you have concerns about the neighborhood, we are happy to discuss them with you.
You will have access to the full house with a digital combo lock pad. The code will be provided 24 hours before check-in. Check-in and check-out are automated to provide maximum privacy and flexibility. We will touch base on the phone and can have someone assist if needed, but otherwise, you can enjoy your time with family and friends.
