The front of the home has many steps leading to the door, and the driveway is steep, which might be challenging for some guests. An easier parking option is to use the alleyway behind the home, accommodating up to four vehicles. Guests can enter through the front door by climbing the exterior stairs or through the back door from the alleyway using a digital keypad.
Enjoy a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and onsite laundry. The basement has been converted into the fourth bedroom with two full beds. The other three bedrooms are upstairs: one with a king-size bed, another with a queen-size bed, and the third with one twin bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Outside, guests can relax in the covered deck area in the back and enjoy the fenced-in yard.
A pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
