East Lake and Woodlawn neighborhoods are older, urban neighborhoods close to downtown, with some homes in the area needing renovation and others already having been renovated. Overall, it is on the upswing.
The street on which Rebecca is located is quiet, and the neighbors are friendly, with a half dozen empty lots on the block where new homes will be built in early 2024.
Some traffic noise can be heard, (especially in the back yard) from 1st Avenue N, one street to the north (behind the house).
A well-kept church is on one side of the house.
