About Gean Rise Apartments

Situated just north of Vulcan Park, Gean Rise is a small apartment building that features four-bedroom / 1 bathroom apartments. Each apartment has been recently renovated.
Each unit at Gean Rise features a washing machine and dryer, a balcony or... patio, and great natural lighting.

Location-wise, these apartments are a short drive to UAB Campus, UAB Hospital, and 5 Points South. Downtown Homewood, Downtown Birmingham, Green Springs Avenue and Highland Park are all within a 5-7 minute drive.

Utilities: Tenants are in charge of setting up electric, and water/sewer, as well as obtaining renter's insurance.

Application Process: There is a $75 application fee for each tenant. To meet the requirements for consideration, tenants should have a credit score of 640 or higher and an income equal to or greater than 2.25 times the monthly rent. If a co-signer is necessary, they must also complete an application and meet specific requirements, including a credit score of 640 or higher and an income equal to or greater than 3.5 times the monthly rent.

Deposits and Fees: The security deposit is $600, and it is refundable at the end of the tenancy, subject to any deductions for damages. Additionally, there is a non-refundable administrative fee of $350.

Pet Policy: If you have a pet, there is a $300 pet fee, along with monthly pet rent of $15.
