MANAGEMENT IS BADDD
I had been a resident at Tower on Tenth and recently ran into serious issues with how the management handled changes to the electricity billing. My lease clearly states that electricity is billed based on personal usage via a third-party billing system. But management informed me that starting October 1, 2025, a new billing method will be used—leading to projected electricity costs over ten times higher than usual.
When I asked for specifics (how the new charges are calculated, whether my lease... allows this mid-term change, and documentation of the clause that permits it), the manager responded aggressively rather than answering clearly. I live alone and will be out of town for part of October. The projected charges are unreasonable, misleading, and feel like a breach of the original lease agreement.
Management’s response has made me deeply distrustful of how billing and lease terms are handled. I advise anyone moving here to read the lease carefully, especially the utility terms, and demand clear answers before signing anything.
