Worst Place to Live
New owners came in and put up new lights, then raised rent $600. Roaches everywhere. Floors, walls, and ceilings falling apart. Can't plug anything in to outlets because they just fall out of the wall. AC needs to be fixed every couple of months. No one will call you back or help you when you call. Fridge barely keeps up and they'll just replace it with anither used one. Public laundry room is always broken. Major fire hazard. Noise complaints go unheeded. Balcony doors don't open well, and leak... . Windows don't open and also leak. Living here is a complete nightmare.

Horrible management, Falling apart
We had to leave due to bed bugs . After months and months of complaints they finally said they would spray had to pay for our own hotel ( the bugs were there when we moved in ) a month later bugs returned because they didnt treat neighbors and they were in walls. Current manager is a complete joke and placs is literally falling apart , now that we live in much better place . I think a state inspection should be done for the multiple violations.

Landlord is useless
These apartments have so much potential. But with the lack of management skills and lack of initiative, it is not worth the money; even if it is one of the cheapest places in the area to rent. The landlord never does what she says she is going to do, maintenance takes weeks before they actually get to your issues from when you make a phone call. IF they even show up without you having to call the office multiple times. I lived in the complex for 5 years, and was always on time with rent, never... had any issues, then one day I get an letter saying we have 60 days to get out. I went to the office and she gave me NO REASONING for us being kicked out. She did me a favor, honestly. But the landlord is a joke. And she is extremely rude. And good luck getting anything done through corporate. They don't care either.

Management Issues
Rude Property Manager, Poor Management of maintenance services, it takes weeks to get an A/C fixed. The ceilings fall in from unmaintained water damage. They never give warning when entering your apartment. Pest Control is a 50/50 shot. Just an over all bad experience.
