Beautiful buildings surrounding a lake n picturesque oak trees that r old n reach almost to the bottom in f the ground for u pleasure to walk dogs around. Very quiet neighborhood that still has social events twice a month for community. The apartments are lovely with tall ceilings n spacious floors. Washing machines n dryers incl. r the must. Well lit areas wonderful place to call home

After living here for nearly a year I can confidently say me and and my Fiancée absolute LOVE IT HERE!! I work in the apartment industry so I have seen what the norm looks like and The Flats exceed every single expectation thus far! The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful! They’re always there when you need them. The maintenance team is also phenomenal and Chase does a fantastic job with communication and efficiency! Shoutout to the entire team for making me and Fiancée feeling “at... home” here!
