Lived at Aviles shortly after they were built. Month or so into moving I became super sick as well as some of the other residents. Very obvious signs of mold in the unit from being built poorly and or rushed project. First owners would only be allowed to change air filters and would bring a grocery bag of a liquid into your unit and pour it into the air conditioning system and for a few days your apartment would wreak of bleach and harsh chemicals. Left very unprofessional and rude 4 page letter... on our doors with poor grammar telling us it’s our fault our units are falling apart, ect. No one picked up after pets, multiple people (6+) living in one unit, loud music late at night, and parking was hard to come by. After new management took over it got better 1%. Then they said I wouldn’t get my full deposit back as I would be deducted a $250 cleaning fee. Overall a low-income style housing with a high price tag slapped on top. Move in at your own risk.
It may be better now management wise, but a building made cheap and not with quality, or better preparation will not be made better by new ownership.
