Beware!!!!
Looks like a great little apartment but has way too many discomforts to live there !!! For starters has no over head lighting not ceiling fans!!! The ventilation is horrible and I literally had to run my ac at 64 just for it to have any type of airflow and I also lived on the bottom trance level. I had a lot of green mildew on the concrete outside my door along with I had to buy two dehumidifiers and literally ran them 24/7 and dumped them twice a day. I lived there 2 years and hated that there... was sooo many doors in the bathroom and had no space for storage like towels and things. Also I thought it was a weird set up with carpet with up next to the door and all thou the dining room. Very cheap carpet and the front door had a gap of the bottom. At the time I moved in the price was in my range and it was my first apartment. Now that I experienced all that, I definitely will spend more on a better apartment just to have a better comfortable living space !!!! Amenities weren’t that great at Royal Oaks too. No dog park nor no place to really walk without getting yelled at from crazy neighbors. When I moved out they don’t do a walk threw with you and you they don’t even let you know if everything checked out. I was charged a ridiculous amount of money for so called carpet damage. Why because nobody ever could explain. I did take pictures of everything with everything cleaned and left like I just had moved in. I had two little dogs that rarely had a accident in the house and did no damage. I feel like that carpet charge was just a money grab on them.
