The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, blender, coffee pot, microwave, stove, and all items you need to make your favorite dish. Upstairs, you'll find the second full bathroom, the Patriot Room with a bunk bed, and the King master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The Cozy Oasis, the second unit, greets you with a guest book and a living room with plenty of seating and a TV. The kitchen has a table that can seat four comfortably and is full of the amenities you need to cook a delicious meal.
Parking is available with a private driveway for both sides of the house. We are a pet-friendly home, and all pets require a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and we do not allow pets on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
Located less than 2 miles from major grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants, driving is recommended, and we offer parking for our guests. Uber and Lyft are available in the area as well.
The pool is closed for the season and will reopen for Summer 2025. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, which will not disrupt your stay, but access to the yard/pool area is needed on service day. Guests must be 21 years of age to book.
