Stay at our charming Boswell Bungalow, nestled on a spacious lot with a large yard and covered porch. It's the ideal spot for outdoor fun with your pets and family. Just minutes from Downtown Huntsville, Redstone, and the Space Center, this 4-bedroom... home is perfect for exploring the area.
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad into the light and airy living room, complete with a large sofa, two armchairs, and a large SmartTV. The fully equipped, eat-in kitchen is just off the living room, with essential cookware and dinnerware provided. Off the kitchen is one of the four bedrooms, featuring two full beds. The laundry room is accessible through this bedroom. The additional three bedrooms are down the hallway, just off the living room. Two of these bedrooms each have a full-size bed, and the last has a queen bed. The home also includes two full bathrooms, one with a shower/tub combination and the other with a stand-up shower.
We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
The neighborhood is family-friendly and has never had any security issues, although some guests have had different experiences. If you are concerned about the neighborhood, we would be happy to discuss it with you. Getting around will require a car or planning on taking Lyft or Uber.
The house has a digital combo lock pad, and we will provide you with the code upon check-in. Check-in and check-out are automated to provide maximum privacy and flexibility. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if needed, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together. A signed rental agreement is required, and guests must be 21 years of age to book. Pets are welcome with specific conditions, and a non-refundable pet fee is required.
