RUDE management

The management here is the rudest group i have ever had to deal with. First, they made me wait an hour to pick up my keys on my move in day when I had a appointment to pick them up but they decided that a walk in tour was more important. It wouldn't of been that big of deal if it hadn't been during my lunch break and made me late going back to work. Next, they made a mistake on my lease, called me to sign a new lease and instituted that it was my fault the mistake was made. They didn't... apologize for the inconvenience; nothing just blamed me as if I wrote the lease.

Awesome

I’m a full time working professional. Empty nester and traded in a 4300 sq ft home with a pool for the artisan! Great decision. Staff is helpful to a fault. Maintenance is professional and timely. Neighbors are friendly kind and considerate.
I have restaurants and grocery pharmacy.
Couldn’t recommend the artisan highly enough.

I have lived at the Artisan Twickenham for four and a half wonderful years. I could not be happier. The entire staff makes sure that we each feel part of a family. Even in the time of Covid concerns, they continue to let us know they are doing there best to keep us safe. I feel very fortunate to call the Artisan home.
