Go anywhere but here

I'm not normally one to complaign but this,place is terrible. The day i showed up my apartment was trashed. It hadnt been cleaned and one of the cabinet doors wasnt even attached. The gave me a slightly cleaner one and told me they would fix the issues that I notes. 10 months later and nothing has been fixed. The wood on my front porch is rotted through with termites. There is mold in the AC system. The track lighting they installed gets so hot that its left burn marks on the cieling. ... The floors are warped and coming up. The paint is old and blemished. Mold in the bathrooms. Gated community but the back gate has never been closed. Vacuum at the car wash never works....... I could go on and on. Dont waste your time. Several apartments have opened in the area that are several times nicer and some are cheaper as well.

The staff in the office and maintenance are so friendly and professional. Any time you need help in any situation they are always there. I would highly recommend this community to live at.

Bridgewater Apartments

Love the location. Work orders have been quick, efficient, and mostly friendly. New staff has been off and on. New property manager is different than the previous managers. Previous managers were easy to access. New manager is hard to access. She has her door closed 90% of the time I go into the office. When I do get the opportunity to go into her office for communications, her desk is always unorganized and unwelcoming (there has been a time when her door was closed while a toddler that... appeared to belong to her was running around). Assistant manager is extremely welcoming and always the first to greet myself; however she seems very overwhelmed. Probably
because she is the only one who actually greets every single person who walks in. If you plan on paying rent online, be prepared to pay a $10 convenience fee (not so convenient). The gates are ALWAYS broken, it is ridiculous to pay the amount for a “gated community” when the gates are broken and stay open over the week ends so that the maintenance crew doesn’t have to bother coming in. The property has upgraded the ammenities, however it has taken a tremendous amount of time to remove the laundry area and turn into whatever they plan to do in there. The pool has the potential to be extravagant, but isn’t kept up as far as cleanliness is concerned (broken glass bottles, leaves and debris inside the pool, furniture around the pool is dingy and outdated). They recently added (what seems to be) a dog wash inside of the car wash station. I do not have a dog, but I wouldn’t dare wash my dog outside in the cold weather. Overall, I would recommend the property for convenience and business purposes. I would definitely know the ups and downs before signing anything.

We are sorry if you’ve experienced issues with members of our staff. Our... entire team is always happy to be of assistance to our residents. Our manager would like to extend an apology if you have found her anything but friendly and professional and invites you to speak with her personally about your concerns involving her service.

We offer online rental payments to our community as a convenience. While debit and credit card transactions require a small fee, online ACH payments are always free. We apologize for issues with the gate. Due to a malfunctioning part, we left the gates open to avoid damaging vehicles. Our gate has been repaired and is now in proper working order.

Amenities greatly add to the appeal of apartment living, and we’re glad you’ve noticed our upgrades! While we are sorry if you’ve found our scheduling inconvenient, we are happy to tell you the final shipments required for our new fitness studio are in transit and will soon be in place for our residents to enjoy. We take great pride in our pool area and have posted warnings prohibiting glass containers. If you notice broken glass or any refuse around our pool, please don’t hesitate to let us know so we may swiftly address the issue. We will be debuting new pool furnishings in time for summer 2019.

While the installation of the pet spa took place during the fall months, bathing pets outdoors in cold weather is not optimal for their health. Our pet wash is intended for warm weather use as a convenience for our residents with pets. We are appreciative of your recommendation and hope we have addressed the concerns you’ve mentioned to your satisfaction. We would be glad to speak with you about any of these issues and invite you to call or visit the office at your convenience.

Love this apartment complex

I have been at Bridgewater apartments for almost three years very friendly people get the things done that I asked for.I really enjoy living here.they always try to keep the gates fixed for our safety.
the complex has plenty of light where you can see where you are going at night. The lawn is kept up very well.

Best Place I've Ever Lived

The apartments remind me of vacation condos! The nice ones! I live in an extremely spacious 3 bedroom apartment and I cannot complain. The staff is helpful and easy to work with. I was able to set up autodraft payments easily, there's trash pickup from your front door, and also get an extra storage unit for only $25! Bridgewater might just be the best place in Huntsville.
