A one time $250.00 Non-refundable pet fee is due at the time of signing the lease if you do have a pet. We do not charge pet rent.

Security Deposits:
The security deposit is $1,500.00 and this is due at the time of signing the lease. This deposit is held during the duration of tenancy and is refundable after moveout upon completion of inspection of the property. Any damages other than normal wear and tear will be deducted from the deposit prior to refund.
Pest Control is the tenant's responsibility.
Lawn care: This service is provided by GDH Properties and is included at no charge to the tenant.

The security deposit is $1,600.00 and this is due at the time of signing the lease. This deposit is held during the duration of tenancy and is refundable after moveout upon completion of inspection of the property.
